TikTok Made Us Do It (And Rigby , ID WANTED us)
Our story started behind a camera lens, but over the last five years, our client-photographer bond evolved into a "chosen family" connection that’s stronger than a soulmate trope. When chronic illness began to demand a slower pace of life, the universe sent us a sign in the form of a TikTok video about romance-only bookstores. We realized Rigby, Idaho, was missing a sanctuary for the spice-obsessed, so we hit the gas—going from concept to grand opening in a whirlwind 35 days. After a massive grand opening with 900 of our new best friends and a steady stream of fellow romance lovers ever since, it’s clear that our community was just as thirsty for a judgment-free bookish home as we were. We’re so glad you’re part of the family!
A fantastic little treasure of a bookshop! I love how they organize their sections, and that they lable each book depending on the "spice" level you are wanting as a reader! Definitely a cute place to take your favorite book lover!...

📚 Welcome to Bailey’s TBR: From “Aww” to “Oh My God, Run.”
Welcome to Bailey’s bookshelf, a place where the vibes are immaculate and the red flags are... actually just festive decorations. 🚩✨
Bailey’s reading taste is a delicate ecosystem. She started with Contemporary Romance, where the biggest drama was a miscommunicated text and the hero was a sweet billionaire with a heart of gold. But then? She caught the "Dark Romance Fever." Now, if the hero doesn’t have a questionable moral compass and at least one "who hurt you?" moment, she’s just not interested.
Bailey’s Three Reading Moods: The "Sweet & Spicy" Contemporary: She wants cute banter, a fake dating trope that feels way too real, and a happy ending that makes her heart melt. The "Dark Side" Gateway: This is where things get interesting. She’s dipping her toes into the darkness—think blackmail, enemies who actually hate each other (initially), and heroes who definitely need therapy but get a book deal instead.
The "Romantasy" Obsession: If he’s a 500-year-old Fae King with wings and a brooding stare, Bailey is gone. She likes her romance with a side of "saving the kingdom" and a hero who would literally burn the world down to find her.
Commonly heard from Bailey while reading: "He’s literally a criminal, but he’s so misunderstood." "I came for the plot, I stayed for the shadow-daddy." "Is it fake dating if I'm already planning the wedding?"
Current Status: Ignoring her real-life responsibilities to see if the villain finally gets the girl. 🖤🐉🍷

🦄 Welcome to Mia’s TBR: Where “The More, The Merrier” is a Lifestyle.
Welcome to Mia’s bookshelf, the only place on earth where a seven-foot-tall monster with glowing eyes is considered "husband material" and a one-on-one date feels like a missed opportunity. 🐙🔥
Mia doesn't just read books; she explores biological possibilities. If the hero doesn't have wings, horns, scales, or at least two extra appendages, she’s probably swiping left. She’s a proud resident of the Paranormal and Monster Romance world, where "human" is just a boring starting point.
The "Reverse Harem" Specialist: Why choose one brooding hero when you can have four? Mia firmly believes that the "Why Choose?" trope is the only logical solution to a love triangle. If the heroine isn't surrounded by a literal squad of protective (and obsessed) men, Mia’s bored.
The Romantasy Realm: She’s here for the world-building, sure, but she’s mostly here to see if the Shadow King has a sense of humor. She needs her high-stakes fantasy paired with high-voltage spice.
The "Funny-Dark" sweet spot: Mia likes her Dark Romance like she likes her coffee: strong, but with enough "ha-ha" to keep it from being depressing. She only ventures into the dark side if the banter is top-tier and the hero is a "morally grey" comedian who can make her laugh while he's hiding a body.
Things you will hear Mia say: "Does he have a tail? No? Then what are we even doing here?" "Technically, he’s a mountain, but he has a great personality." "I only like my red flags if they come in a variety pack of five." "If he’s going to kidnap me, he better be funny about it."
Current Status: Currently checking her closet for a portal to a realm where she can finally find a group of monsters to call her own. 🏰👣🖤
